MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 757, August 13, 1974 ] AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 751, DATED JULY 15, 1974, ENTITLED, “URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE FIRST ASIAN CONFERENCE ON TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZED BY THE PHILIPPINE SOCIETY FOR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT WITH THE UP INSTITUTE FOR SMALL-SCALE INDUSTRIES, NATIONAL MANPOWER AND YOUTH COUNCIL, DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY OF THE PHILIPPINES AND POPULATION COMMISSION.” Memorandum Circular No. 715 dated July 15, 1974, entitled, “Urging attendance in the First Asian Conference on Training and Development organized by the Philippine Society for Training and Development with the U.P. Institute for Small-Scale Industries, National Manpower and Youth Council, Development Academy of the Philippines and Population Commission,” is hereby amended by deleting the second to the last paragraph thereof.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷ This Circular takes effect immediately.
