Participants from provincial governments and other government agencies who will attend the Evaluation Conference of the Provincial Development Assistance Project on 1-2 August 1974 are hereby exempted from the provisions under Memo Circular 593, Office of the President, dated 8 August 1972 regaining attendance at meetings, seminars, workshops, conventions or the like.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷
