[ Memorandum Circular No. 744, June 10, 1974 ]

AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 743 DATED MAY 31, 1974, BY REQUIRING ALL OFFICES CONCERNED TO FURNISH THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT CERTAIN DATA REGARDING RE-EMPLOYED EMPLOYEES OF THE DEFUNCT CONGRESS AND COMMISSION ON APPOINTMENTS.

Memorandum Circular No. 743 dated May 31, 1974, providing guidelines regarding the payment of gratuities of separated and/or retired personnel of the defunct Congress and the Commission on Appointments, including those re-employed in the Government service, is hereby amended by adding a new paragraph to read as follows:

“x x x

“4. It shall be mandatory upon all offices concerned to furnish the Office of the President of the name, date of employment and salary or any re-employed employees of Congress and/or the Commission on Appointments to facilitate the computation of the amount to be refunded by such re-employed employees to the Government.”
