MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 741, May 28, 1974 ] URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE 12TH ANNUAL NATIONAL CONVENTION OF THE BUREAU OF THE DIRECTORS ASSOCIATION (BUDIRAS), INC. ON JUNE 20, 21 AND 22, 1974. The Bureau of Directors Association, Inc., composed of bureau directors and heads of agencies of the government, will hold its 12th Annual National Convention on the theme (“BUDIRAS: A DYNAMIC FORCE FOR DEVELOPMENT” at the Pines Hotel, Baguio City, on June 20, 21 and 22, 1974. In view of the timeliness and significance of the BUDIRAS’ theme for this year’s, convention to stress upon its members the vital role they play in nation-building, all members of the BUDIRAS are hereby urged to attend the said convention on official time with expenses for convention fees, transportation, subsistence and lodging pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 3847, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 344 dated November 26, 1975, and as implemented by Commission on Audit (COA) General Circular No. 127, series of 1973, chargeable against the funds of their respective offices, subject to the availability thereof and the usual accounting and auditing requirements. The participants shall submit a report to their respective agency heads on their attendance in the said convention within thirty (3) days upon the termination thereof.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷ By authority of the President: (SGD.)
