URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINARS ON SUPPLY MANAGEMENT TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE BUREAU OF SUPPLY COORDINATION.

The Bureau of Supply Coordination, under the direction of the Department of General Services, will hold a series of Seminars on Supply Management for Supply Officers and those involved in the administration of supply programs. The seminars are scheduled on the dates and at the places indicated, as follows:

Cebu City July 1 to 10, 1974
Davao City August 5 to 14, 1974
Legaspi City September 2 to 11, 1974
Tacloban City November 4 to 13, 1974
Zamboanga City February 3 to 12, 1975
Baguio City May 5 to 14, 1975

All departments, bureaus, offices and agencies of the government, both national and local, are hereby authorized to send to the seminar scheduled in the region where they belong at least two (2) officials/ employees, who shall attend on official time, with expenses for transportation, subsistence, and lodging, as well as seminar fees, all chargeable against the appropriation of their respective offices, in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 344 dated November 23, 1973, as implemented by COA General Circular No. 127 dated November 27, 1973, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements, as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 593 of this Office dated August 8, 1972; and as a further exception to Memorandum Circular No. 720, issued by this Office on March 28, 1974.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷

It is understood that participants residing or permanently stationed within the site of the seminar shall be entitled to reasonable expenses for transportation and seminar fees only.

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance and observations in the seminar within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.
