AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE CONFERENCE OF THE MUSLIM COMMUNITIES.

The 19 Royal Houses of Mindanao and Sulu, in coordination with the Mindanao State University, the Provincial Government of Lanao del Sur, the City Government of Marawi City and the Philippine Amanah Bank will, hold its Conference on the “Government Policies and Programs for Muslim Mindanao” on May 22-24, 1974 at Mindanao State University, Marawi City.

This Conference will invite all sectors of all the Muslim Communities in order to evaluate government programs and policies affecting the Muslim Communities and secure a consensus of the Muslim Communities on needed government policies and programs for Muslim Mindanao in order to strengthen the socio-economic and political structure of the Muslim Communities in relation to the nation and mobilize all the Muslim Communities to bring peace and progress to the region.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷

In view of the foregoing, the national and local offices including government-owned or controlled corporations and the Armed Forces of the Philippines are hereby authorized to send all Muslim officials and employees to the Conference, on official time with expenses for transportation, subsistence and lodging as well as Conference fees, all chargeable against the appropriation of their respective offices, in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 344 dated November 26, 1975 as implemented by COA General Circular No. 127 dated November 27, 1973 subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting requirements, as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 593 of this Office, series of 1972.
