AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 728 REGARDING THE REGIONAL SEMINAR ON THE ROLE OF THE CIVIL SERVICE IN THE NEW SOCIETY SPONSORED BY THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION
The schedule for the seminars in San Fernando, La Union, and Tuguegarao, Cagayan is hereby amended to be conducted on August 12-14, 1974 and August 19-21, 1974, respectively.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷
Likewise, the penultimate paragraph is amended to read as follows:
“All departments, bureaus and offices of the national government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, with branches or units in the regions affected, and all local governments therein, are hereby authorized to send not more than two (2) participants to the seminar. They shall be granted official time with expenses for transportation, subsistence .and lodging, as well as seminar fees. Such expenses shall be chargeable against the appropriation of their respective offices in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 344 dated November 26, 1975, as implemented by GAO General Circular No. 127 dated November 27, 1973, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements, as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 593 of this Office, series of 1972.”
