CREATING A COMMITTEE TO HELP IN THE PREPARATION AND ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHEAST ASIAN INSTITUTE OF HIGHER LEARNING (ASAIHL) CONVERENCE TO BE HELD IN MANILA AND IN MARAWI CITY FROM MAY 8 TO 10, 1974.

There is hereby created a Committee to help in the preparation and arrangements for the Association of Southeast Asian Institute of Higher Learning (ASAIHL) Conference to be held in Manila and in Marawi City from May 8 to 10, 1974 to be composed of the following:

The Committee shall provide directional guidance and render coordinating assistance to a Secretariat headed by a ranking official that will be formed by the Department of Foreign Affairs to service the requirements of the Conference.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷

The Committee may call upon the heads of departments, bureaus and offices for such assistance as it may need in the accomplishment of its mission.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
