[ Memorandum Circular No. 727, April 19, 1974 ]

AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 437 DATED FEBRUARY 22, 1974.

Paragraph A (2) of Memorandum Circular No. 437 dated February 22, 1974 entitled “Revising the Policy Regarding the Granting of Representation Allowances to Local Government Officials” is hereby amended to include District Land Officers and District Foresters among officials of national government agencies who may be provided with representation allowance by the provincial government. The grant of this allowance shall be subject to the same terms and conditions provided under the above-mentioned Memorandum Circular.
