URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINAR TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE LEAGUE OF PROVINCIAL AND CITY SECRETARIES OF THE PHILIPPINES.

The League of Provincial and City Secretaries of the Philippines, with the technical assistance of the Bureau of Local Government, DLGCD, and the Local Government Center, U. P. College of Public Administration, will hold a seminar on the role of provincial and city secretaries and secretaries to the City Mayor in the New Society under the proposed Local Government Code in Quezon City on May 15-18, 1974.

In view of the relevance of the seminar to the goals and objectives of the New Society and of the government, all provincial and city executives are hereby authorized to send their provincial and city secretaries, as well as the secretaries to the mayors of chartered cities in the said seminar. Their attendance thereto shall be on official time with expenses for transportation, subsistence, lodging, and conference fees, chargeable against the funds of their respective offices, subject to the availability thereof and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.

The participants shall submit a report to their respective agency heads on their attendance and participation in the seminar within thirty (30) days upon termination thereof.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷
