CONSTITUTING A PHILIPPINE PANEL TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE U.S. COUNTERPART THE FINAL INSTRUMENT OF THE SALES AGREEMENT UNDER THE U.S. PL-480 FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1974.

There is hereby created a Philippine Panel to negotiate with the U.S. counterpart the final instrument of the Sales Agreement under the U.S. PL-480 for Calendar Year 1974 for the sale of 1,500 metric tons of tobacco valued at $3.6 million, composed of the following:

The Panel herein constituted is hereby authorized to call upon any department, bureau or office of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporation, for such assistance as may be necessary in the accomplishment of its task.

In view of the proximity of the termination of the supply period on June 30, 1974, the Panel herein constituted is hereby instructed to meet with the U.S. counterpart as soon as possible.

This Order takes effect immediately.
