ENJOINING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINAR TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE COMMUNITY CHESTS AND COUNCILS OF THE PHILIPPINES.
The Community Chests and Councils of the Philippines, Inc. (CCCPI) will conduct a seminar on Community Involvement in Community Chest and Council organization, to be held on May 13-14, 1974 at the Social Hall of the Social Security System (SSS) Building, East Avenue, Quezon City.
In view of the significance of the seminar, which is designed to promote faster and more vigorous organization of community chests and councils in the provinces, as well as encourage greater community involvement therein, all the respective provincial heads of the Bureau of Forest Development, Bureau of Posts, Bureau of Lands, Bureau of Health and Medical Services, Department of Social Welfare, Philippine Constabulary, Bureau of Public Highways, Bureau of Public Works, Bureau of Public Schools, Department of Local Government and Community Development, Bureau of Telecommunications, Bureau of the Treasury, Bureau of Agricultural Extension, and the Department of Agrarian Reform in the provinces of Abra, Agusan del Norte, Antique, Bulacan, Marindugue, Masbate, Mountain Province, Palawan, Western Samar, Surigao del Sur, Agusan del Sur, Bataan, Batanes. Camiguin, Davao del Norte, Davao Oriental, Eastern Samar, Ifugao, Northern Samar, Sultan Kudarat, and North Cotabato are hereby enjoined to attend the said seminar on office time. The participants shall be entitled to expenses for transportation, subsistence, lodging and conference fees chargeable against the appropriation of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds, the usual accounting thereof, and auditing requirements.
The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance in the seminar within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷
