AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE NATIONAL CONVENTION, SEMINAR AND WORKSHOP ON POLICE ADMINISTRATION AND CRIME PREVENTION.
The Philippine Confederation of Chiefs of Police, with the technical assistance of the National Police Commission, will sponsor a National Convention, Seminar and Workshop on Police Administration and Crime Prevention for Police Officers from May 6-11, 1974, in Manila.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷
In line with the Administration’s policy to professionalize and improve the country’s police services, all City and Municipal Chiefs of Police and such officials and employees of the National Police Commission whose services may be utilized are hereby authorized, to attend the convention seminar and workshop on official time and with expenses for transportation, subsistence and lodging, as well as workshop fees, all chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements, and to the condition that exigencies of the service will permit such attendance. It is understood that the participants who are stationed within the Greater Manila area shall be entitled to expenses for transportation, meals and workshop fees only.
The participants shall submit to their respective office heads within thirty (30) days upon the termination of the convention, seminar and workshop a report on their attendance therein.
