Personnel of provincial governments and other government agencies who will participate in the training conducted by the Provincial Development Assistance Project on the following courses:

1. Construction Quality Control Planning and Management

2. Basic Administration Management

are hereby exempted from the provisions of Memo Circular No. 593, Office of the President dated 8 August 1972, insofar as attendance at seminars and workshops are concerned.
