CREATING AN ACTION COORDINATING TEAM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE DASMARIÑAS RESETTLEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, there is urgent need to provide resettlement areas for indigent urban squatters in line with the Administration’s relocation program for squatters;
WHEREAS, the Dasmariñas Resettlement Project is proposed to be developed for the resettlement of the said squatters;
WHEREFORE, in order to attain the foregoing objective in the soonest possible time, there is hereby created an Action Coordinating Team which shall undertake the supervision and administration of the development of the Dasmariñas Resettlement Project to be composed of the following:

The team shall have the following specific functions:
1. To set the goals and establish guidelines for the development of the project;
2. To undertake planning, development and subsequent administration of the resettlement project;
3. To provide the economic and social amenities necessary for the establishment of a new community;
4. To determine the forms of assistance that can be given to relocated families; and
5. To determine, in coordination with the Board of Investments, the type of industries that may be introduced in the resettlement area which would provide adequate source of income to the resettled families.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷
All heads of departments, bureaus, offices and instrumentalities of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby requested to extend full cooperation and assistance to the team to insure the accomplishment of its tasks.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
