[ Memorandum Circular No. 705, February 20, 1974 ]

CONSTITUTING A COMMITTEE TO DRAFT THE RULES AND REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT THE MEMORANDUM OF THE PRESIDENT DATED JANUARY 22, 1974 PERTAINING TO THE MAINTENANCE OF A HIGH QUALITY OF AIRLINE AND POWER SERVICES.

There is hereby created a Committee to draft the rules and regulations to implement the Memorandum of the President dated January 22, 1974, pertaining to the maintenance of a high quality of airline and power services. The Committee shall be composed of representatives from the following government agencies:

Office of the Executive Secretary

complaints and Investigation Office (CIO)

Department of Trade

Civil Aeronautics Board

Specialized Regulatory Boards

National Electrification Administration

National Power Corporation

Acting Chief Quirico P. Evangelista of the CIC is hereby designated as Chairman of the Committee.

The Committee is hereby authorized to call on any department, bureau, office, and agency of the government, including government-owned and controlled corporation for such assistance as may be necessary for the early completion of its tasks. It shall submit the necessary draft of the rules and regulations within fifteen (15) days from the date hereof, for the approval of the President.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷
