AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE SECOND NATIONAL CULTURAL CONFERENCE SPONSORED BY THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT CULTURAL ASSOCIATION.
The Philippine Government Cultural Association (Samahang Pangkalinangan ng Pamahalaan ng Pilipinas), an association of government departments, bureaus, offices, agencies, including government-owned or controlled corporations, and provincial and city governments, will hold its 2nd National Conference at Quezon City on May 7011, 1974, on the theme: “Filipino Culture and the Goals of the New Society.”
The objective of this conference is total involvement of government officials and employees in cultural activities so that they may better appreciate proper moral and cultural values which would help accelerate the attainment of the worthy objectives of the New Society.
All departments, bureaus and offices, including government-owned and controlled corporation, as well as chartered cities and provinces are hereby authorized to send not more than three representatives to this Conference; provided, however, this limitation as to the number shall not apply to conference officials and members. Participants shall be allowed reasonable expenses for transportation, subsistence, lodging and conference fees, chargeable against the appropriation of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements. It is understood that the participants residing within the Greater Manila Area shall be entitled to transportation expenses and conference fees only.
The delegates shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance with their observations and comments on the deliberations in the conference within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷
