AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE OF NATIONAL AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS IN THE FIRST GREEN REVOLUTION AGRO-INDUSTRIAL EXPOSITION AND FAIR TO BE HELD IN DAVAO CITY FROM FEBRUARY 14 TO MARCH 3, 1974.

The Mindanao Green Revolution Executive Committee (MINGREC) will hold its first Green Revolution Agro-Industrial Exposition and Fair in Davao City for the period from February 14 to March 3, 1974.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷

In view of the relevance of the exposition and fair to the government’s integrated national food production and campaign to ensure its success, all regional heads of offices of departments, bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations and local officials within the Mindanao area who have been actively involved in the region’s Green Revolution Program, are hereby authorized to participate in the exposition and fair on official time with expenses chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.

The participants shall submit a report on their participation to their respective agency heads within thirty (30) days after the exposition and fair.
