MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 699, January 29, 1974 ] TANGGAPAN NG PANGULO NG PILIPINAS (OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES) MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 699 AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 695, ENTITLED “REMINDING ALL CONCERNED OF THE OBLIGATION TO FILE THEIR SWORN STATEMENTS OF ASSETS AND LIABILITIES UNDER R.A. NO. 3019, AS AMENDED.” For the information and guidance of all concerned, quoted hereunder is the pertinent portion of Section 2 of Presidential Decree No. 379 dated January 21, 1974: “The statement of assets, liabilities and net worth as of December 31, 1973 required to be filed by R.A. 3019 and other laws shall likewise be filed on or before September 30, 1974, instead of the due dates for filing provided for in the said Republic Acts. Subsequent statements shall be filed in accordance with the provisions of the said laws.” The foregoing provision, therefore, extends up to September 30, 1974 the due date for the filing of the required statements under R.A. 3019, as amended.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷ Memorandum Circular No. 695 dated January 14, 1974, is accordingly amended.
