AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE OF GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL WHO HAVE UNDERGONE OFFICIAL TRAINING IN JAPAN IN THE SEMINAR TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE PHILIPPINE-JAPAN FELLOWS ASSOCIATION, ON MARCH 18, 19 AND 20, 1974.
The Philippine-Japan Fellows Association, an organization composed mostly of government officials and employees, will hold its first nationwide conference/seminar on the theme “THE EVALUATION AND EFFECTS OF THE TRAINING IN JAPAN AND ITS RELEVANCE TO THE NEW SOCIETY.”
In view of the importance and relevance of the subjects to be taken up during the conference/seminar to our present development programs, all government officials and employees who have undergone official training in Japan under its various overseas technical training programs, including those under the Colombo Plan, are hereby authorized to attend the seminar on official time with reasonable expenses to cover transportation and other incidental expenses, chargeable against the funds of their respective offices, subject to the availability thereof and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance in the seminar within 30 days after the termination thereof.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷
