MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 676, October 31, 1973 ] AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 593, SERIES OF 1972. Pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 290 appropriating funds for the rehabilitation and development of Mindanao, the Presidential Task Force for the Rehabilitation and Development of Mindanao has been assigned the task of identifying the projects for this purpose and quantifying the financial requirements of the program.7!ᕼdMᗄ7 Projects approved by the Presidential Task Force for the Rehabilitation and Development of Mindanao and financed by funds appropriated under Presidential Decree No. 290 for this purpose are exempted from the provisions of Memorandum Circular No. 593, series of 1972, restricting government expenditures. All existing rules and regulations affecting projects for Rehabilitation and Development of Mindanao, are hereby amended or modified accordingly. By authority of the President: (SGD.)
