TODAY DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER. The announcement issued by this Office and disseminated through the radio and the telephone, excusing from work officials and employees of government offices within the Greater Manila Area except those engaged in relief, rehabilitation and rescue operations, as well as communications and public utility services and the necessary personnel of the Weather Bureau, beginning 4:00 o’clock P.M. today only, October 15, 1973, due to the typhoon which is expected to pass through Manila this evening, is hereby confirmed.
