MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 669, October 2, 1973 ] AUTHORIZING LEGAL OFFICERS OF THE DIFFERENT GOVERNMENT OFFICES AS WELL AS GOVERNMENT-OWNED OR CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS TO ATTEND THE SEMINAR ON “A GENERAL REVIEW OF THE LAW ON PUBLIC OFFICERS AND ADMINISTRATION OF MILITARY JUSTICE.” The U. P. Law Center is holding a seminar on “A General Review of the Law on Public Officers and the Administration of Military Justice” at the U. P. Law Center in Diliman, Quezon City, on October 8-13, 1973.ᇈWᑭHIL All Legal Officers of the different government offices as well as government-owned or controlled corporations are hereby authorized to attend the seminar on official time with expenses for transportation and other expenses incident thereto chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements, as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 593 dated August 8, 1972. The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance in the seminar within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof. By authority of the President: (SGD.)
