[ Memorandum Circular No. 667, September 17, 1973 ]

Proclamation No. 822 dated March 1, 1971, 1971, declares the last week of October of every year as Consumers Protection Week. This year’s observance will be held from October 22 to 28, 1973.

In order to insure a successful observance of the Week, all local government officials are hereby enjoined to spearhead the celebration with the end in view of increasing public consciousness on the rights and obligations of consumers.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷
