MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 661, September 3, 1973 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE CONVENTION OF THE PHILIPPINE LIBRARY ASSOCIATION. The Philippine Library Association will hold a convention in commemoration of its Golden Jubilee Anniversary in Manila October 25-29, 1973, on the theme “Libraries and Infrastructure Development” All government librarians from national and local offices, as well as government-owned or controlled corporations are hereby authorized to attend the convention on official time with reimbursement for convention fee only of not higher than ?30.00 as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 593, series of 1972.
