[ Memorandum Circular No. 660, September 3, 1973 ]

AUTHORIZING HEADS OF REORGANIZED DEPARTMENTS OR AGENCIES TO CONSTITUTE THEIR RESPECTIVE PLACEMENT COMMITTEES PURSUANT TO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 650, DATED JULY 21, 1973.

With the issuance of Memorandum Circular No. 650 dated July 21, 1973, providing the guidelines on placement of personnel affected by the implementation of the Integrated Reorganization Plan, representatives of the Budget Commission, Civil Service Commission, and the Presidential Commission on Reorganization need not sit in the placement committees of the reorganized department or agency. Such guidelines are comprehensive enough for each department or agency to effect the placement actions necessary pursuant to their approved staffing patterns.

This supersedes all previously issued Letters of Implementation providing the contrary.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷
