MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 656, August 16, 1973 ] REQUIRING THE SUBMISSION OF AT LEAST THREE (3) NOMINEES FOR APPOINTMENT TO THE POSITIONS OF REGIONAL DIRECTOR AND ASSISTANT REGIONAL DIRECTOR. Under the Integrated Reorganization Plan of the government, the Regional Director and Assistant Regional Director of Regional Offices shall be appointed by the President of the Philippines. In order that the President of the Philippines will have a wider scope of choice in the consideration of nominees for appointment to above-mentioned positions, all heads of departments where the positions of regional director and assistant regional director exist, are hereby required to submit to this Office at least three (3) names for each position in the order of preference, together with their bio-data.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷ By authority of the President: (SGD.)
