CREATING A COMMITTEE TO COORDINATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIVELES, PROVINCE OF BATAAN
WHEREAS, the Government, through the Export Processing Zone Authority, is engaged in a massive and accelerated infrastructure development program to make the Bataan Export Processing Zone (BEPZ) operational within the shortest time possible;
WHEREAS, there are development projects around the BEPZ being undertaken by both government and private sectors which have been programmed independently of each other and peculiar only to their respective interests; and
WHEREAS, it is in the national interest and that of the parties concerned to integrate and coordinate said development projects, so that the relevance of each undertaking can better be appreciated and their utility maximized.;
WHEREFORE, there is hereby created a committee to review and evaluate all development plans and projects, in whatever stage they may be, undertaken by both government and private sectors, within the Municipality of Mariveles, Province of Bataan, for the purpose of integrating the orientation of said projects when necessary to attain a coordinated and balanced development of the area. The committee shall be composed of the following:

The Institute of Planning of the University of the Philippines shall act as secretariat of the Committee.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷
The Committee may call upon nay department, bureau or office for such assistance as it may need in the accomplishment of its tasks.
This circular shall take effect immediately.
