CONFIRMING AS OFFICIAL ATTENDANCE OF GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN THE FIRST NATIONAL TRISECTORAL CONGRESS HELD IN BAGUIO CITY ON MARCH 18-26, 1973

In view of the timeless and importance of the First National Trisectoral Congress held in Baguio City on March `8-26, 1973, the attendance therein of government officials and employees is hereby confirmed as official with entitlement to per diems and daily allowance for incidental transportation in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act No. 3847, as implemented by GAO General Circular No. 88-A, series of 1964, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.

It is understood, however, that the prior permission of the Department Heads has been secured by the said officials and employees for this purpose.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷
