Pending completion of the property and records inventory now being conducted in the Congress of the Philippines, and until a decision is made on the disposition of the Congress building, no official/agency of the government shall occupy or use any floor or portion thereof for any purpose, except the members of the Caretaker Forces of both Houses and the Commission on Appointments.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷
