[ Memorandum Circular No. 603, October 11, 1972 ]

ENJOINING ALL HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, OFFICES AND AGENCIES OF THE GOVERNMENT TO COMPLY STRICTLY WITH THE LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 14-A AND MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 601 BOTH DATED OCTOBER 5, 1972.

To facilitate the current drive to weed out undesirable elements in the government service pursuant to Letter of Instructions No. 14-A and Memorandum Circular No. 601 both dated October 5, 1972, all heads of departments, offices and agencies of the Government are hereby enjoined to act immediately on resignations and to suspend at once those with pending charges or are notoriously undesirable who failed or refused to resign within the period given then to do so. The desired reports in connection therewith should be submitted not later than October 12, 1972, for the information of the President.
