[ Memorandum Circular No. 602, October 11, 1972 ]

ENJOINING STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 11 DATED SEPTEMBER 26, 1972.

Letters of Instructions No. 11 dated September 26, 1972, requires all officers of the national government whose appointments are vested in the President of the Philippines (as clarified in Memorandum Circular No. 599 dated October 3, 1972, as to who are embraced in said Letter of Instructions) to submit their resignations from office, through their head of department of agency, not later than October 15, 1972.

As there are still officers referred to who have not submitted their resignations, all concerned are therefore enjoined to comply with said order to facilitate the desired changes in the government machinery with the end in view to making it more responsive to the needs of the people and effecting economy.
