AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 414 OF THIS OFFICE DATED DECEMBER 3, 1970

Memorandum Circular No. 414 of this Office dated December 3, 1970, entitled “URGING ADOPTION OF THE ‘ONE-APPEAL-PLAN’ TO GENERATE FUNDS FOR THE REPAIR OF HOSPITAL AND SCHOOL BUILDINGS DAMAGED BY THE RECENT TYPHOON,” is hereby amended so as to delete the last paragraph thereof.

Memorandum Circular No. 24 of this Office dated March 22, 1966, instituting the “ONE-APPEAL-PLAN” governing employee contributions for charitable purposes, shall therefore continue in full force and effect.1âшphi1
