URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE SUMMER SEMINAR ON PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION.

The University of the Philippines at Tarlac and the Public Administration Club of the said Province will jointly sponsor a summer seminar on public administration from September 2 to October 27, 1972

The seminar is intended to fill the need for an efficient and effective civil servant in the Central Luzon region as envisioned in the Civil Service Law.

Considering the timeliness of the purpose of the seminar in relation to the Administration’s effort to provide optimum public service, all departments, bureaus and offices, including local government subdivisions and government-owned or controlled corporations in the Central Luzon region are hereby urged to send not more than two (2) employees on the supervisory level to the seminar. Their participation shall be on official business, that is, with reasonable expenses, including seminar fee, chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and usual audit.

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance in the seminar.1âшphi1
