EXCUSING FROM OFFICE GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL IN THE GREATER MANILA AREA BEGINNING 4:00 O’CLOCK P.M.. JULY 7, 1972

In view of the inclement weather characterized by continuous rains and flood, causing traffic jams, particularly after the regular office hours, officials and employees of government offices within the Greater Manila Area are hereby excused from work beginning 4:00 p.m. to their respective homes.

This Circular shall not apply to those engaged in relief and rescue operations as well as communications and public utility services and necessary personnel of the Weather Bureau.1âшphi1
