AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 494 DATED AUGUST 23. 1971, AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE OF GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES IN THE CREDIT UNION SEMINARS, WORKSHOPS, CONFERENCES, MEETINGS AND TRAINING COURSES TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE PHILIPPINE COOPERATIVE CREDIT UNION LEAGUE.

Memorandum Circular No. 494 dated August 23, 1971, authorizing the attendance of government employees in the credit union seminars, workshops, conferences, meetings and training courses conducted by the Philippine Cooperative Credit Union League from June, 1971 to May 1972, is hereby amended so as to extend the said period up to May 31, 1973, subject to the same terms and conditions mentioned in the aforesaid Circular.
