MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 583, June 19, 1972 ] REMINDING ALL GOVERNMENT OFFICES CONCERNED REGARDING THE SUBMISSION OF AN ANNUAL PROGRAM OF PROCUREMENT AS REQUIRED UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 274, DATED NOVEMBER 24, 1971. Under Executive Order No. 274, dated November 24, 1971, all heads of departments, bureaus, offices and agencies of the National Government are required to submit an Annual Procurement Program showing a projection of their procurement needs for a special of one (1) year starting July 1 and ending June 30 of every fiscal year. In order to attain the objectives of the aforesaid Order, particularly the formulation of a systematic procurement program, all heads of the offices concerned are hereby reminded of the early submission of their respective annual procurement programs which shall be filed with the Bureau of Supply Coordination.
