[ Memorandum Circular No. 581, June 15, 1972 ]

CREATING A COMMITTEE TO CODIFY ALL EXECUTIVE ORDERS, MEMORANDUM CIRCULARS, MEMORANDUM ORDERS AND OTHER ISSUANCES PERTAINING TO PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLIES, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND NON-PERSONAL SERVICES.

There is hereby created a Committee which shall undertake the codification of all Executive Orders, Memorandum Circulars, Memorandum Orders and other issuances pertaining to procurement of supplies, materials and equipment and non-personal services.

It shall be composed of the following:

Hon. Teotino S. Aguilar Undersecretary of General Services	– Chairman
Hon. Ronaldo B. Zamora Assistant Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs	– Member
Hon. Ruben Ancheta Deputy Director General Presidential Economic Staff	– Member

The Committee is hereby empowered to create a sub-committee to assist it in its work and to call upon any department, bureau or office concerned for such assistance as it may need in the accomplishment of its mission. The Committee shall accomplish its work within a period of sixty (60) days from the date hereof.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.1âшphi1
