URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE THIRD PHILIPPINE MANAGEMENT CONGRESS.

The Philippine Council of Management (PIMLCOMAN) will sponsor the Third Philippine Management Congress to be held from July 26 to 28, 1972, at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Building, Makati, Rizal. The theme of the Congress is “The Challenge of Change to be the Asian Manager.”

Management experts, practitioners and educators both from the Philippines and other Asian-Pacific countries will participate as speakers, discussants and delegates.1âшphi1 They will pool ideas, exchange information and seek answers to the economic and managerial problems brought about by rapid political and social changes taking place in the region.

The Congress would afford participants the opportunity to get an insight into modern trends and developments in business management and public administration.

In view hereof, all heads of departments and chief of bureaus and offices, including government owned and controlled corporations, are hereby authorized to allow attendance in the Congress of select participants on official time.

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report of their attendance, with their observations and comments on deliberations in the meeting.
