AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 572 DATED MAY 18, 1972, ENTITLED “URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE TENTH ANNUAL NATIONAL CONVENTION OF THE BUREAU DIRECTORS’ ASSOCIATION, INC. (BUDIRAS).”

Memorandum Circular No. 572 dated May 18, 1972, authorizing attendance in the 10th Annual National Convention of the Bureau Directors’ Association, Inc. (BUDIRAS), is hereby amended so as to authorize the participants in the said convention expenses for transportation, subsistence and lodging, in addition to convention fees, at rates pursuant to the provisions of R.A. No. 3847, as implemented by GAO Circular No. 88-A, series of 1964, all chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
