CONSTITUTING THE TECHNICAL PANEL TO UNDERTAKE THE FEASIBILITY STUDY OF A LARGE SALT-MAKING PLANT IN TIWI, ALBAY UTILIZING GEOTHERMAL ENERGY.

The following are hereby designated to form a technical panel to undertake a feasibility study of a large salt-making plant in Tiwi, Albay that will make use of geothermal energy:

Capt. Alfredo Protacio Philippine Navy	Chairman
Mr. Benjamin Cachola National Power Corporation	Member

Dr. Ernesto Terrado PAEC, National Science Development Board	Member
Mr. Medardo C. Tan Cardoso Commission on Volcanology	Member
Mr. Luis Mirasol, Jr. Development Management Staff	Member

The panel is hereby instructed to meet as soon as possible and to render its findings to the National Power Corporation Board for evaluation, authorization and financing.1âшphi1
