MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 572, May 18, 1972 ] URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE TENTH ANNUAL NATIONAL CONVENTION OF THE BUREAU DIRECTORS’ ASSOCIATION, INC. (BUDIRAS) The Bureau Directors’ Association, Inc., will hold its 10th Annual National Convention in Baguio City on June 22-24, 1972, on the theme: “A New Dimension in Change.” The convention aims to make the different bureaus and offices more responsive to the needs of public service through closer coordination of their respective functions.1âшphi1 All members of the BUDIRAS are hereby authorized to attend this convention on official time provided that no expense shall be incurred by the government except the payment of convention fees chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the accounting and auditing requirements. The participants shall submit to their respective department heads a report of their attendance and participation within fifteen (15) days after the convention. By authority of the President: (SGD.)
