AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE ANNUAL CONVENTION OF THE ASSOCIATION OF PROVINCIAL ENGINEERS AND CITY PUBLIC WORKS SUPERVISORS OF THE PHILIPPINES (APECS).

The Association of Provincial Engineers and City Public Works Supervisors of the Philippines (APECS) will hold its annual convention in Manila on June 20-22, 1972, on the theme: “ACCELERATION OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNTRY THRU MORE AUTONOMY TO LOCAL GOVERNMENT.”

All Provincial and City governments are hereby authorized to send their Provincial Engineers and City Public Works Supervisors to the convention on official time with expenses for transportation, subsistence and lodging, and conference fees, all chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements. It is understood that the participants stationed in the Greater Manila Area shall be entitled to reasonable transportation expenses and convention fees only.

The participants shall submit to their agency heads a report on their attendance in the convention within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.1âшphi1
