AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE KAISAHAN NG MGA KAWANI NG PAMAHALAAN (KKP), PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES UNION.

The “Kaisahan ng mga Kawaning Pamahalaan (KKP)”, Philippine Government Employees Union will hold its Fourth General Assembly on June 8-9, 1972, at the Ramon Magsaysay Hall, SSS Bldg., Quezon City, on the theme – “Setting the Stage for Coop Society in State Workers.”

Considering the timeliness of the Assembly, all heads of departments, bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations, as well as provincial, city and municipal governments, are hereby authorized to send on official time not more than five (5) representatives from the national government offices and not more than two (2) in the case of local governments, to the Assembly with expenses for transportation, subsistence and lodging, and conference fees, all chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements. It is understood that the participants stationed in the Greater Manila are shall be entitled to reasonable transportation expenses and conference fees only.

The participants shall submit to their agency heads a report on their attendance in the Assembly within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.1âшphi1
