MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 566, April 12, 1972 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE CoNFERENCE OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENTS. The Philippine Association of School Superintendents (PASS), composed of school superintendents from the Bureau of Public Schools, Bureau of Private Schools and the Bureau of Vocational Education, will hold a conference in Baguio City on May 8-13, 1972, on the theme: “Reorienting Education to Development Needs of the Country.” School Superintendents from the Bureau of Public Schools, Bureau of Private Schools and the Bureau of Vocational Education who are members of the Association, are hereby authorized to attend the conference on official time with expenses for transportation, subsistence and lodging, and conference fees, all chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements. It is understood that the participants stationed in Baguio City shall be entitled to reasonable transportation expenses and conference fees only. The participants shall submit to their agency heads a report on their attendance in the conference within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.1âшphi1 By authority if the President: (SGD.)
