AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE INAUGURAL CoNVENTION OF THE STATE WORKERS NATIONAL COORDINATING COUNCIL.

The State Workers National Coordinating Council will hold its Inaugural Convention on April 19-21, 1972, at the SSS Magsaysay Hall, Quezon City, on the theme: “ THE NEW STATE WORKERS IN A TIME OF CHANGE.”

All heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby authorized to send not more than three (3) of their officials and employees who are members of the organization to the said convention on official time with expenses for transportation subsistence and lodging, and convention fees, all chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements. Those participants stationed to reasonable transportation expenses and convention fees only.

The participants shall submit to their respective office heads a report on their attendance in the convention within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.1âшphi1
