FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 284 DATED SEPTEMBER 2, 1969.

Memorandum Circular No. 284 dated September 2, 1969, allowing government employees to attend cooperative seminars, workshops and conferences to be conducted by the Agricultural Credit and Cooperatives Institute, University of the Philippines, on official tine, as amended by Memorandum Circular No. 545 dated February 8, 1972, is hereby further amended so as to allow government employees who are officers and members of cooperative bodies to attend similar training courses to be  conducted by the Philippines National Cooperative Bank (PNCB), the Philippine Cooperative Credit Union League (PHILCUL) and the Filipino Cooperative Wholesale Society (FGWS) on official time.1âшphi1
