MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 560, March 23, 1972 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE ANNUAL SCIENTIFIC CoNVENTION OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF HOSPITAL DENTISTS. The Philippine Association of Hospital Dentists will hold its 9th Annual Scientific Convention on May 15-16, 1972, at the United Drug Laboratories, Inc., United Avenue, Mandaluyong, Rizal. The Office of the Secretary of Health, the Bureau of Dental Services and chiefs of government hospitals, are hereby authorized to send not more than three (3) of their dentists who are members of the Association to attend the convention on official tine with expenses for transportation, subsistence and lodging, and convention fees, all chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements. Those delegates stationed in the Greater Manila Area shall be entitled to reasonable transportation expenses and convention fees only. The participants shall submit to their respective office heads a report on their attendance in the convention within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.1âшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
