Memorandum Circular No. 529 dated January 6, 1972, authorizing attendance on official time of two councilors each from chartered cities in the seminar on “City Councils in National Development” to be held in Manila from March 16 to 19, 1972, sponsored by the Public Administration Consultants, Inc., is hereby amended so as to reschedule the seminar on June 7-10, 1972.1âшphi1
