MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 554, March 20, 1972 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE EIGHT NATIONAL ANNUAL CoNFERENCE OF THE GOVERNMENT SUPPLY OFFICERS’ ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (GSOAPI). The Government Supply Officers’ Association of the Philippines, Inc. (GSOAPI) with the technical assistance of the Department of General Services, the Civil Service Commission, and the Bureau of Supply Coordination, will hold its 6th National Annual Conference in Cebu City on June 7-9, 1972, on the theme: “SUPPLY OFFICERS’ INVOLVEMENT IN SOLVING TODAY’S SOCIO-ECONOMIC PROBLEMS OF THE COUNTRY.” National and local offices including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby authorized to send not more than two (2) of their supply officers or property custodians who are members of the GSOAPI, to the conference on official time with expenses for transportation expenses and conference fees only. The participants shall submit to their respective office heads a report on their attendance in the conference within (30) days after the termination thereof.1âшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
